Getting to Turkey
Turkey is a 3.5 hour flight from the UK. There are many charter companies that fly to all the main resorts from April to November. It is now possible to fly all year round direct to Dalaman and Antalya most other airports are set to follow next year. Scheduled flights will fly via Istanbul.
To get to Bodrum and surrounding areas it is possible to fly to Kos and take the ferry to Bodrum, a 30 minute journey.

Driving
It's a long way! Take a week and enjoy, but remember you can't keep your car in Turkey for more than 6 months.
Ferries
Trains
Nothing much to inspire the traveller here, except perhaps the overnight express from Ankara to Izmir. Once in the country coach travel is by far the most efficient and comfortable. Cheap too!
