As we are not tied to any one developer we suggest you take an independent viewing trip, where we can give you totally unbiased advice on a far wider range of properties than would have otherwise been available. We can however arrange your accommodation at preferred rates and provide all your transfers.
On arrival in Turkey, you will be met at the airport by one of our team from the Turkish offices and taken to your hotel. They will help organise an itinerary for your stay, arrange viewings for the properties in which you are interested and answer any questions you may have. You will be shown the whole locality; it's amenities and topography in order for you to make an educated choice of both property and area. For the duration of your visit, our team will be on hand to make your stay as enjoyable and informative as possible. A two-three day stay should be sufficient, although sometimes it may be more appropriate to take a week, depending on seasons and flight times.

What we do after you buy:
- When you buy your home, you need to furnish it, buy air conditioning, white goods, curtains...etc. our professional team can visit your home to take measurements and collate technical information, then take you on a shopping trip to a wide range of stores that have been tried and tested in terms of value for money, quality and reliable service.
- The choice will of course be yours, we will ensure that You are not only limited with the shops our professional is taking you to, if you have other options in mind, let him be your translator and bargain for you.
- Give a design and the carpenter will produce see samples of his impressive workmanship.
- Organizing the delivery, and assembly of goods,
- Organizing the installation of white goods, checking that they are functioning properly, and if need be contacting the provider to rectify any problems.
- The support can cover one day of shopping 5-6 hours leaving you the small items like kitchen stuff, light fittings, linen, sheets... etc.
